No PMO for 30 days! I'm going to probably need another 60 days before my brain fully rebalances.

Good Luck to everyone! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

  2. Awesome bruh!!
    Keep growing & stay clean.

  3. Keep yourself strong and all the best. Remember as we profess further into it then sometimes we need to come up with new strategies to remain abstinent.
    You got this bro.

I actually had some health problems with anxiety and depression. Panic attacks, body pain, dizziness, congestion and headaches. These symptoms have reduced significantly but have not gone completely away. I tried NoFap a year ago and managed to do it for a year where my symptoms weren't as nearly as bad. Back then I was having your type of symptoms (ED, low energy, sleep problems, etc.) and nofap helped a lot. But then I relapsed (I'd masturbate once to porn like every two days for 20 minutes out of my day nothing majorly crazy) but somehow it got way worse for me where I had to go the hospital and was bed ridden for a month. I'm thinking it was because my brain was so used to being sober and going back to it came as some sort of shock. So I'm getting back on the wagon. Trust me you don't want be at the point where I was.
