    hey guys today i just hit my record of 3 weeks no PMO, effects of it are not showing yet well they are but still a long road ahead, the feeling of wanting to PMO is comming on strong as all hell..

    Nice work! I hit my record in 3 days time, but then my previous record is only 9 days :D

    Yeah, the urges will probably continue to haunt you, but since you've come so far, it's really not worth going back anymore. Anyway, as you've said, you're yet to feel the benefits, which gives you even more reason to continue with your streak :)
