But I came THINKING about sex.

I was alone in my house, about to eat and suddenly I got pretty horny. I was about a week and two days into nofap (had met up with my girl and had sex wednesday, though) and although I was horny, I didn't feel too tempted to do anything about it. However, I did enjoy the feeling of my boner, as weird as it sounds, cause it had been a long time since I was throbbing like that.

Long story short, I kept thinking about sex and at one point I start to feel a twinge of about-to-orgasm. Impossible, I think, it's probably just my precum playing tricks on my mind. Just for the sake of experimenting, I kept thinking about sex more and more intensely and my dick wasn't bluffing...

Here's my problem with this...

I've been having some premature ejaculation problems with my girl starting about three weeks back. Not only that but my dick is dead for a second round.

I don't think this is normal. The only thing touching my dick was my boxers. I didn't touch myself a single time. Should I go see a doctor? My PE is getting worse and worse and I'm stuck in a paradox.

I suspect I have low testosterone. But if I have low T, how in the hell am I jizzing at the THOUGHT of sex? And then, why is it so hard for me to get it up on the second round?
