    Hello,

    So I just closed down a couple of accounts I had on websites I was addicted to and repurposed my username here. Thought that may be symbolic.

    My biggest challenge is thinking what will I do when I really feel the urge, and what other things can I replace my habits with to get those dopamine hits from positive activities.

    We'll see...

    Just signed up for the 7 day challenge.
