Thanks for coming to NoFap. Perhaps you should start journaling. Other people have done it and it has helped them. Give it a try; it's in the 'Reboot Logs' section.

After the foggy haze of pmo wears off you’ll begin to see life a lot differently you begin to see that it matters . you will feel more emotions . you become a life liver .just get through these first few days the beginning is the hardest stage get through and you will be golden welcome and NoFap you did the right thing we are in this together reach out if you need me

I’m new to the forums too but have tried NoFap several times before and I have some advice based on my experience and opinions. Some people join NoFap and expecte everything to get better. If you don’t have much going on in your life I recommend you start doing anything useful as soon as possible. Those who have been addicted to porn and then stop PMOing can easily fall into another hole if they aren’t careful (binge watching, excessive video gaming, gambling, alcohol/drug addiction, etc). IMO NoFap isn’t the simple solution to life, but an opportunity you should take advantage of to help you on your journey.
