    I'm new and I want to do this nofap challenge because I'm tired of going through the same cycle over and over again. I have too many things going on in my life and this is one thing that I need to quit. Glad I made this choice!

    Good luck brother. Set a goal and read up on some success stories and try to find some tools to help you through this.

    Will power alone will only get you so far.

    You need to make some serious changes and take steps to make sure you do what you set out to do.
