    -27 yo male USA

    -watching porn regularly since age 12 or 13. Exposed to porn at a very young age-much too young.

    -progressed from ‘normal’ to more intense images/videos over the years.

    -would like to live a life free of porn / masterbation addiction.

    hi everyone,

    obviously things could be better or I wouldn’t be sharing on the mmmm is site currently. Like so many of you (probably) ive struggled with trying to will myself into breaking this cycle of pleasure/shame-repeat. This is my first time going through this in a community and I’m confident we can help one other reach our goals.

    Hey there, I'm 27 too! This community is great, it already helped me a lot in 2 weeks. I wish you all the best. Nofap is definitely worth putting effort in.
