It's been a week since I went on nofap monk mode after a serious binge. I was fapping too much and my addiction involved staring at women in public in lewd ways. I just got fed up with the way people looked at me and I wanted to see if going on nofap would change that. But I think I am even more stressed, tired and my skin and eyes might've just got worse. My pmo addiction makes me active now that I am not doing it I can't find anything to do and just sit on my computer most of the day. Is this suppose to be normal? I hear others gaining better concentration, women attraction or many other benefits but I am just not really feeling it rn.

Perhaps, I do feel a subtle change but I am just not giving it enough time idk

I think it is to soon to experiment meaningful changes. You need to continue.

  3. Everyone is different. For me, I went through a month in which I thought I was Mr. Confident. Then I got lazy and you know the story.
Forget about everyone else and worry about yourself.
You say you sit around all day on the computer. You know what's going to happen, don't you?
Get serious. You can do it. But you have to want it.

  4. Sounds like you are now starting to feel the things you have used PMO to avoid. Pay attention to these things. Write them down and maybe try to figure them out. Is this similar to a younger version of you before this took hold? Your thoughts right now hold keys to many answers about why this addiction exists. Stay strong and use this to learn! Best of luck today and days to come!
