Just relapsed. Got to do something realistic.

  1. I just relapsed after about 21 days or so. No porn i just masturbated. And ejaculated. Anyhow. I got to reset my calendar. Im thinking about doing just no pornography. Just no porn and see beneficial it actually is.
     
  2. Anybody know how beneficial it is to do just no porn but allowing masturbation and orgasm. I know that it is way more beneficial to do a hard mode. But I don't think it is realistic for me to do something like that.
     
  3. Damn well that was disappointing. O well. I think I'm gonna change my diet up so my dopamine system isn't taking a beating.

    I think there are two types of people on this site -

    addicts - who will be dealing with this shit and other shit for the rest of their lives and have to develop coping strategies to deal with their addictions . - these people probably need to give up M permanently as it will always be a slippery slope back into full blown P use and other acting out

    bad habit - people who got hooked on porn at a young age but are not "true" addicts and can recover and move on from this and leave it in the past and may be able to have a healthy relationship with MO at some point

    either way I think you are better off abstaining from both until you feel that you will no longer give into the temptations of porn.
