Just relapsed. Need tips and motivation

    Hello brothers, after a 31 day streak I just relapsed and to top it all of it made me miss a workout. Im kinda anxious rn but I dont want to binge. Any tips/motivation would be appreciated

    Learn something from your relapse and sooner or later you'll look back on it and be glad it happened. Personally, I'm very happy my last 2 relapses happened because I learned so much that will help in the longterm.
    To help with chaser effect/binging, I'd recommend severely limited electronic usage for the next day at least, and accept that some temporary urges will come. Remember, one relapse doesn't take you back to square one after 31 days of progress.
  3. Religious crap won`t save you from your deeds. You`ve backslided but not conquered. Porn is your fucking number one enemy. Fantasy and "sexy girl content" is the same shit. Can`t hold yourself then jerk with your eyes open, no fantasy dreaming. You`ll be fine after this and it won`t be that much of a relapse.
