Just spent $160 on camgirls

    Hello,

    After a 4 day streak of no PM, I spent $160 on camgirls this morning. It started last night at 2am when I binged P and M'd, so I figured my streak is already gone for the day, why not use my Ipad to look at P? Better yet, why not spend the money I am making from my job to pay my college loans to pay for a webcam girl?

    I feel pathetic right now. It did not even feel good. It was not cool at all. I got excited for about 2 seconds, then that feeling was instantly gone and shame and guilt set in. I have a girlfriend, I cannot believe I disrespected her like that.

    I am not going to let myself feel like this for the rest of the day, I made my bed just now and am going to shower, eat, and do some work so I am not swamped with it this week.

    Probably the only advice that I'd like to give to you is not to beat yourself up over it. Don't judge yourself. It is what it is. Do your best to never do it again tho.

    From my own personal experience the worse you feel about this the less likely it will be to happen again. I personally think the likelihood of it happening again is actually much higher if you don't feel bad about it.

    I agree this creates anger and anxiety and can lead to another relapse.
