So I'm really new with this. I've had a PMO problem for years now. I was introduced to it at 13 and haven't stopped, I'm 24 now. Its only been two days and its already an isane struggle and its finals week which makes it even rougher. I need to stop though. Its impossible for me to be with a girl, I have no self confidence, and not being able to get it up when with a girl, but going home and being fine with porn has finally broken me and I need to change. I want to change. Its time for me to become a better person and I definitely need help. Also this had prevented me from actually being able to have a successful relationship and I want that to change, but this is more for me, so I can be a happier person, be a better man.

Welcome, you've definitely come to the right place. All of us here are trying to break porn's cowlish grip on our lives. Lust is a bottomless pit! No matter how much time, money and resources are thrown into that pit, it just seems to get deeper and deeper. Porn just keeps demanding more and more from us (time, money, energy, dignity, self-respect), and gives us nothing but shame, heartache, anxiety, depression, and erectile disfunction in return. I know, I've spent many wasted hours in front of a monitor, desperately clicking away in search of some sort of fulfillment, only to walk away emptier and lonelier than before. Joining this community was one of the best moves I've ever made, we are all part of a brotherhood (as you'll soon see) of men seeking the same goal. To become completely porn free and reclaim our lives. We were all deceived by the deception of porn's bright and shimmering luster, but all of us here have now seen the light and the real truth. Welcome!!!

Thanks man! I never wanted to admit I had a problem, I thought it was normal, that something else is wrong with me, but after finding all of this and reading stories and the scientific info it was jus like damn this is me. Hopefully this goes well for me! I want to be better
