I want like everyone else here to kill this addiction. It has left me feeling so lonely and filled with anxiety and depression I thought I may never recover.

I turned to pornography at a young probably around 12 is when I really started to dive into it. A few of my friends had movies and when Napster came out. Porn was everywhere it was unstoppable. My parents were addicted to crack and my father was abusive at times. I would view porn and masturbate to fill comforted and to feel love that I did not receive.

But it was a false and empty love that left me desiring more and shrouded my soul with debilitating guilt and shame that has affected every single aspect of my life. The side effects of pornography have affected every possible relationship in my life.

It has made me irritable and angry. Unfocused and cluttered. I want to break free from these chains and break the sinful lifestyle that has plagued my family line for generations. This is a dark and spurious world. With temptation ready to attack every single day of my life. I want to know the sweet taste of freedom from this bondage and I want to grow my relationship with the Lord. Even though I do feel so broken to my innermost core I know that there is hope and that I can change.

If you have read this thank you.
