K9 blocking reddit NoFap forum and can K9 download by itself??? confused.

Okay so i log on to my laptop today to come check in with nofap and i go to load the reddit nofap forum and K9 comes up saying that reddit is a blocked site. Problem is I NEVER downloaded K9 in the first place. Now the only thing that i can think of is that my dad downloaded it (he was on my computer backing up the memory last night) however normally he would tell me if he downloaded something on to my computer. there is a slight chance that he checked my history and found the NoFap site and decided to put K9 on my computer for me, but he hasn't said anything about it which seems odd. I guess I'm just confused why it is downloaded onto my laptop and why it is blocking nofap reddit forum. I have never told my parents about my PMO struggles or NoFap but if my dad put K9 on my computer and I ask him about it I might end up telling them everything; something I havnt done because I have no clue how they will react.
