K9 - URL keywords

I installed the K9 filter software and I believe it is helpful, but I do not understand how I can filter keywords in URLs.

For example, I want to block all URLs containing the word "lesbian" (because it may trigger me to masturbate seeing hot women perform erotic acts in front of me, while I cannot really join them).

I try adding for example to the K9 list:
lesbian
lesb*
*lesb*

but it does not work for most websites, which have the word in the URL. Ideas?
