Keep finding myself here: deleting history at 1 am

It seems like once a week i get punched in the face by reality and when i come to ive just relapsed and am deleting my history at one in the morning and i think, man im here again?! Those are the moments when i remember that i really do have a problem.

Anyway i just saw the thread: "problematic sexual behavior" and my habitual edging to relapse that lasts all night seemed to sound like a problematic sexual behavior. If anyone else experiences this or has any advice I would greatly appreciate your input.
