If you have an iPhone use screen time to limit your app use. You can prevent yourself from downloading apps or using adult rated apps. Again, you can override it but it’s just a road block.

I understand the problem with wedding photos and I doubt it’s necessarily a fetish, it’s just girls dress up in tight dresses and do themselves up beautifully for a wedding, which to me is far more sexually arousing than say a bikini. Some men are just turned on by different things. I would say to get rid of Instagram. I have no access to any social media, they’re all relapse pitfalls
