Really liked those day when my counter said 30-40 days of NO-PMO. Every time I see someone go that long I ask myself 'why isn't my counter that great?'. Way to depress myself!
Truly fed up of this right now.
I told myself "Take everyday one by one". Slowly but surely the mansion will be built, but every brick must be placed perfectly. Now I stopped looking at the counters. Just ticking of each day as it goes by.
WONT COUNT THE DAYS, BUT I WILL MAKE THE DAYS COUNT!

Thats right, focus more on the person you are developing into, not the streak. If you focus on the streak, you could be setting yourself up for failure

    We're all human.

I had a rough day yesterday. I have been pushing it very hard in my career for many years. No weekends off, no summers off, no holidays off. 14 hours every day. No love, no sex, no getting drinks with friends, nothing.

You do what you can brother. You fight the good fight, you fight with everything in you. But every man has his breaking point. If you fall to your knees, don't beat yourself up. Get back up like every other time, and embrace this struggle that we call life.

    I love you. Stay strong.

    You got it!

I find counting days to be extremely depressing. I've done that for the first 2 months of my reboot but it is so much more than that. This is not a short term diet we're indulging in. This is a conscious, long term decision to change our lives for the better.

Stop counting the days once you get something of a streak going - It'll only depress you (or at least that was what happened to me)

Wow, I liked when you said 'make the days count'
very few people are willing to better their lives
So i challenge you to set new goals, stretch yourself every single day
    More fire!!!!
