Keeping focused means.

A lot of people talk about self improvement but they are not 100% committed.
Keeping focused means:

NEVER giving in to excuses
Reading when you have the time.
Morning routines/rituals to get healthy.
Being financially smart
Taking action CONSISTENTLY
Always being FOCUSED doing some thing that add to your growth & only that.
NEVER looking at stimulating material/garbage
Not looking for instant gratification
Making commitments
& so much more.

I see a lot of people talk but they're not really putting ALL their time. They look at bullshit on Facebook, get stuck on YouTube videos. MF get your ass off the couch and be doing something that's adding growth 24/7.

You will fall off track now and then but keep snapping out of the trance that all this stimulating garbage wants to put you in. Porn is definitely the worst, but get rid of MO as well people. Get rid of ANYTHING that doesn't contribute to your growth.

Don't talk about it. Do it.

If you look at all the successful people. You will notice they have an insane work ethic. No way around it people. Get used to it.
