Kegel excercises - Bullshit or real deal?

    I don't know is this appropriate place for this thread, but i need your opinion on this.
    Do you think kegel excercises really make the difference when it comes to performance? Can they improve it in an significant amount? Can you have stable erection and last long without training those muscles I still have weak-ass erections after 7 months of no PMO, but I think the sexual conditioning is still my #1 problem and not weak pc muscles or what they are called

    A lot of people they they've helped. I have not really noticed much difference, but I have not been doing them consistently...
     
  3. Sexual conditioning from PMO is probably, as you say, the biggest cause.

    I don't know if kegel exercises help, but plenty of people say that they do.
    It can't hurt, though, because it strengthens the core muscles of that area.

    Apparently, it's important to distinguish between the BC and PC muscles. They are both important but do different things, so I understand.

    I have weak erections also, and I have attributed it to Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (fancy way of saying there's discomfort in my bladder and/or prostate sometimes) and doctor's blame that for my lower libido and weaker erections. Physical therapist told me that doing kegels would be good to do daily, twice a day, for MONTHS in order to keep enough fresh bloodflow into the area over time. With enough time of this happening, inflammation in the area should heal. I am still in progress with this.

    So, yes, I think it could improve erections and certainly hope it does for me.
