Kegel exercises while on 90 day?

    Is it wrong or does it have a negative effect, if while on a 90 day reset to do kegel exercises the times you have an erection?

    From my understanding, kegels help improve erections and increases blood flow over time.

    I am on day 15 of 90. Trying to beat PIED and sexual performance anxiety.
