Kettlebell routine

  1. 44lbs kettlebell turkish get ups. 5 times each arm - KILLER WORKOUT!

  3. I have and 12 & a 20 kg & I struggle to do them with both.
     
  4. Hey. How is it with kettlebells? I just ordered myself a 70lb/32kg kettlebell. It will probably kill my arms but screw it, I know it will make me strong.

  5. Just doing Kettlbellswings with a 20 kg for 10 minutes. That's my plan at the moment, don't know what else to do.

  6. What routine are you doing with that weight?
     
  7. Will probably do just swings and cleans and work my ass off to do a press and go further from that.
     
  8. Did like 10 cleans, 20 swings, 10 one arm swings and 4 presses. Felt INTENSE!
