Kick-starting NoFap with Mnt Dew Kickstarts

I've read some threads about dudes setting goals and such for a certain amount of days without masturbating like buying yourself a t-shit after 3 days without, a nice meal after 1 week, etc. But high value rewards like those seem kind of costly, so I've been trying to reward my accomplishments with things I like, and I like mnt Dew Kickstarts which happen to be a lot cheaper than a $15 meal from my favorite restaurant. The whole money thing aside though, rewarding the span of days I go without masturbating is helping. I keep the tops of the cans as a kind of sobriety chip marking the spans I've gone without and reminding myself I can go longer.
