    Lol no, you completely misunderstood me. I'm not saying in general. All that stuff I know. I'm saying in relation to knee pain on this issue.

  2. It's depends on your overall stamina & body conditioning, anything you do above limit is addiction and is going to hurt you bad. As far as knee pain is concerned, if you ejaculate whether through masturbation or sex and you do that more that what you ballsack reserves pack(sorry for the language), your body is gonna suffer, you lose energy & nutrients you will feel tired. Every ejaculation needs a recovery period for the body to shoot back again you know what i mean & it varies from person to person. Not just knee pain excessive ejaculation comes with a host of problems. Just Google some side effects of excessive masturbation & you'll be shocked & surprised to know some of the problems physical & mental you face in everyday life cause of PMO are already listed.

    I think I understand.
    My SO used to PM in a seated position... He's had knee surgery and used to complain alot.
    Charlie horse. 2x a week average.
    It would get cramped in that leg (I didn't think anything of it at the time, honestly)
    He's been PM free over a year now.
    We have lots of sex... 1-2x a day sometimes.
    I think he's had 2 sex injuries?
    In the last 6 months.... Only one was a leg cramp (Charlie horse - like he used to get all the time) but it was 95° and it was the second time that day...
    So I don't think it counts.
    Now that you mention it, it was probably the PMO.
    Especially with what he does for work.
    Which is what he used to blame it on.

    i have felt the same thing .After i relapse i have felt my bones become more brittle,they make noises and i definitely felt hardness on the knee caps . And this all goes away when i dont masturbate for a few days .

    Masturbation affects everyone differently ,so some people feel it this way others dont. ITS A COMPLEX ADDICTION !!!

    So just wanted to give a report back. I iced my knee and took a few days off until I did legs again. I wanted to test my knee after not having masturbated for a long streak now. Sure enough, I did the same amount of weight I did before when I hurt the knee and this time...No Pain. I think that shows there was a direct correlation to the 3 days of masturbation and injuring my knee, don't you?

    Now here is another weird one. I am currently on a 10 day streak. Yesterday, I had sex with my wife so I had an "O". Today, I go into the gym and reinjured my SI joint which I've had problems with in the past. I'm sure there is another reason for this but it seems awfully weird again that anytime I "O" the day before I lift, I end up reinjuring a body part that I've injured before in the past. Again, it was sex yesterday so it wasn't masturbation but still an's almost like releasing semen the prior day before whether through sex or masturbation has the possibility of flaring up previous injuries the next day when I'm lifting?

    So strange but so freaking frustrating.

    Wow exactly what I was searching for on the internet for the past 3 years. Let me tell you my story. I just created an account to comment this aswell But yea let me start. And this subject is very special for me and when I say special I really mean it cuz it has an really big impact on my life.
    EJACULATING is the problem. Everything I'm going to tell you is the truth. I have been masturbating since I was small like 12 yo. I have played elite Fotball from age 10 to 17 years old. Let me tell you. After I masturbated it was like HELL for my knees and body. My knees would crack, get swollen, "get weak", I would feel pain and get an really uncomfortable feeling in my knees. In general I felt "weak" in my whole body. I felt depressed and started to cry every time I ejaculated. I knew it wasn't good for me. Guess what, I was right. I got several injuries and especially knee injuries. I got three knee caps out of joint. It's called like that in my language cuz English isn't my first language. 2 times on my left knee and once on my right. Let me tell you. Ejaculating was the problem the day before or the days before. Every time I injured my self it was because I fapped the day or days before. Today I don't play football cuz I can't. I'm afraid of the injuries again. But I still lift and go to the gym. Let me tell you EJACULATING is the problem. I don't care what anyone says. I don't have anxiety or any of that bullshit. Every time I did ejaculate my bones became weaker, my knees started popping, my hip mobility got much worse, my knee got swollen sometimes one example was when I ejaculated and squatted the same day. I'm not Makin this up. I don't know if I'm the only guy on earth that got this problem. But I can say I haven't fapped in a long time. Every time I think of fapping I think back to the days when I felt terrible and what happened to to my knees. To answer your second question, yes it has the same problem when you have sex. I thought to myself that sex would make it disappear for some reason but it didn't. After ejaculating under sex I still felt that same terrible felling. Rignt now I'm just going celibate cuz I can't have sex and masturbate. I feel terrible after having sex and masturbating cuz of the SIDE EFFECTS. I feel like ejaculating is worse than smokin or drinkin. Right now I plan to see a doctor cuz im older. I don't know what to expect, I might have osteoarthritis at a very young age. I have also tried all sort of techniques like pulling back while ejaculating, drinking 2 liters milk before ejaculating, drinking water, take tablets for the knees. None of it worked I still felt that "terrible feeling" that I always had after ejaculating. Right now the only thing that might save me is tablets that are specialized for this. I'm going to contact a doctor and hear with him. If he doesn't give me any tablets or something that might help me to not feel terrible while I ejaculate. I'm NEVER going to ejaculate again period. That is what I'm afraid of cuz then I won't get any gf nor masturbate.
    Yes EJACULATING DURING SEX AND UNDER MASTURBATING CAUSES ALL THE PAIN. this comes from a guy that has experienced all of it.

    Wow crazy...I was just doing some research online when I came across this. Didn't see this until now because you didn't tag me in it. I was doing research about the correlation between masturbation and joint pain again...I'm still wondering if there is a connection with me. I can't stop "O" because I'm married but I could with the "PM" part on my own.

    These "sessions" sound like they may have been "edging" sessions:

    I've posted on this forum several times about edging, but here it is again:

    Short version: DO NOT EDGE ! EVER !

    Edging is really bad. Edging trains your body and mind to expect and to need prolonged, often very intense, stimulation in order to reach O. That level of mental and physical stimulation doesn't happen with PIV relations. Guess what: when you attempt PIV, your body and mind don't receive the kind of stimulation it needs to O, instead your body responds with PIED and DE. Not good.

    Edging does NOTHING good, so stop. Easier said than done, but it is certainly NOT impossible and very much worth every bit of effort required to stop this damaging activity.
