Everytime when i have urge, I trying to abstain and telling NO to my enemy and trying to escape, delaying on acting urge but ends up to relapse. I don't know what to do... Advice me please!
I do wokrout 3 ~ 4 day in a week but I didn't do these things that you suggested. I have to pushup when i having urge too!Is there someone you can talk to or try and do something else? Lately I've been doing pushups and crunches whenever I get an urge.
