You're basically describing my last relapse which was also on day 33.

No matter what you might feel (depressed , regretful , disappointed , angry ) trust me , it gets easier .

Relapsing symptoms ain't fun, I'm going through that right now as we speak trying my best not to look up ...."insert porn title here"..on whatever..darn... Going through the actual relapse is the worst feeling ever; I have tried so many times to get where I am right now and end up regretting, ever single time, when I PMO.

Come up with a different tactic everyday, better yourself as a person, I know you can do this, it is just mind over matter.

I am right there with you, man. I relapsed on day 47 and it sucks as that has been my longest streak in a long time.
