Last day one

Hi,
I'm new to this forum, but been NoFap for a few months now. I've made it to day 30 twice, and it was great. Having trouble getting there again, I came here for support. I'm 22, graduating out of colleague, recently got my first serious job and really need to get over this addiction. So I'll make this my last day one. I will not try, I'll do it! No excuse. Might be too ambitious, but that is the only way. Last time - super hard mode.
I'm not a native english speaker so sorry for mistakes.

To increase your chances of success, I'd advise that you educate yourself about porn addiction (www.yourbrainonporn.com and this will help with shame reduction), find an accountability partner, and keep a journal of your experience.
