I have to say that's the number one benefit to I think what I caught was a cold it was just going around and because of all the smoke up here in the northwest in the air exasperated and turn it into bronchitis for me from the doctor and I'm taking prednisone on top of that has challenged my immune system even more but I'm bouncing back quickly I'm Moody I Feel Like a Woman but I know I'm the man another benefits of nofap absolutely God bless everyone
