    Agreed. I also have a counter, actually, on iOS I think it's just called... counter lol. At least that's all it says on the app.

    You know what's best for you (or maybe not)!
    The advantage of a counter is, that everytime you relapse, you will need to reset the counter and everybody will see it. The counter will help you not to pmo, because as you want to pmo, you will think about your counter and how everybody sees the big 0 again. In that moment you probably think fuck pmo, I don't want to be the guy who again writes in forum "I relapsed"

    Day 2:emoji_ballot_box_with_check: (there`s like 1 hour of inaccuracy in my counter but it`s already 2), I had a lot of struggle, I watched a video in which a woman started talking in certain way that just made me feel that blind impulse and I almost failed, but I was able to to overcome it, I thought of the counter and of you people in the group, I hit that emergency button and it said "You only have one life, do you want to spend it regretting going after people who don`t see you?..." and idk why that just made me think clear again and here I am day 2. LETS KILL IT GUYS!

    Good job man. Maybe we're similar. I had BAD urges the first 3 days. I mean out of nowhere like seeing a picture of a pretty girl that's not even pornographic.

    By day 4 it passed for me, and still feeling pretty confident on day 9 today.

    I kind of like the blueball feeling in a way, constant reminder that my balls are filling back up and that I'm healing.

    Sort of like being sore after a workout. Good luck buddy.

    I still get stealth boners every once in a while, but that's probably just reprogramming.

    Glad to hear you stopped yourself, keep that streak going!
    I had the same symtom with the lifeless penis. Becareful Ive relapsed before when I got worried and decided to "test" to make sure it was still working.
    So stay strong and keep with it.

    Hello Kingdd, I think when you attack this habit, which you do as

    Chear up overcomer, you can have the benefits. What I do is I try to be aware of my triggers and change some routines.

    Day 2 (Tuesday) - 9.30pm

    I just reach home from college and I am feeling really tired. I also have a very strong urge to PMO right now tht is why im here to get support. I think i will just shower quickly, eat and then get some good sleep before I start to PMO

  20. PMO is not an option. Forget it. You don't need it. Your heart wants true happiness. Has nothing to do with PMO. Focus on what you REALLY want. You are crying for help and this is GREAT! Sometimes we all need support. Just avoid eveything that might trigger you to PMO. Urges come and go like the clouds at the sky. Stay strong!
