Today I trashed the tiny rest of the instant coffee with the intention of living more healthy.
If somebody of you guys use 9gag try to not visit it one period of time, because there u have a lot of hot triggers, it may be dangerous if u are beginner. Try not to watch any hot or sexy content, even if the content is small dose of hot or sexy. Let your brain have 24 hours work to do, because bored brain is devil playground. PMO is no like water, that u must drink it all time, PMO is only dopamine injection. But if u are in marriage then sex sith your wife is ok, its the natural thing. l speak for one who dont have wife, or have wife and do lot of masturbation, then its not normal, only normal thing is when u are in marriage. But yesterday was a very hard 2nd day...I almost starting with PMO...but because of the safety stuff I made on my PC I couldn't watch bad stuff and stopped before starting with PMO ! This was such a great feeling, to say no! I don't need PMO!!!

I'm in a difficult situation in my private life and I have no clue how I could possibly solve it. But I know what I need is much much positive energy.
It begins in the morning. I want to do workouts more often in the morning and therefor get up earlier
I want to reduce MO to not more than 1 O in 5 days. I'll count from now on.

When I reach 10days+ I will reward myself with a special weekend. It will be fun!

I'm also a latecomer (no pun intended!) having just signed up for this site.
However, I started on May 6, so I am up for extending it as much as possible - 10 day challenge it is.
Thus far, by day 6, I'm getting horny a lot and my libido is high. I think about sex a lot. I'm not acting on this of course and to be honest it feels quite nice to be getting slightly aroused in a normal way.
1 day down. I wouldn't have even made it 1 day without this website to keep me accountable.
