Day 4. Things started to go odd. Last night feel a very strong urge. Tried to solve it by positive thinking and rationally, however didn't diminish. Today woke up kind anger, frustrated and ansious. I will to the gym to release the rage and try to calm down. Don't want to see my GF to not relapse neither to have more depressive or ansious thoughts. Keep moving. Tomorrow will be at the half, so it's just motivating.
