Hey all! I was wondering there are so many people on here there must be more than a few creatives right?

Well if so would any one like to post any paintings, poems or even music they have made?
Perhaps you would like to make something specificly for this thread or about nofap? Maybe something inspiring? Feel free to post below, I'll kick things off with a poem.

    Always there close for warmth,
Little did I know a trojan horse,
    So distraught in hopeless walls,
Itch for a fix Im a broken cause.

Clouded mind but now's the time,
Found my how and why vow to try,
Shout at life I break down and cry,
Yet through stress I'm down to fight.

I see the end who I can be again,
I see a man the me that's best,
I see the ashen deeds to shed,
If I'm to be free and beat this test.

Yes I refrain for deep inside,
My insight finds that I am brave,
For I am taking strides to make
A life thats great, I ride with fate.

  2. In the innocence of my youth i was led into darkness,
By the promise of pleasure i was led far astray
Not knowing the harm or the pain i inflicted,
I gave in to temptation day after day.
Years went by in this sad twisted cycle,
Until i awoke to the knowledge that something was wrong
That my body was crying for a break from the torment,
And my soul had been singing a cold bitter song
At first a deep sorrow burdened my heart
A sorrow borne by my shame and regret
But suddenly a light was shone deep inside me,
As a whisper bid me "do not despair yet".
From failure i forged a strong suit of armor
I tempered my sword with the sting of my tears.
Forward i marched into the fray of the battle,
In a war that would last for many long years
    -----
Still today i gaze on that same battlefield,
Strewn with the corpses of the days gone by.
But just as my body grows weary from battle,
I can see a bright sunrise painting the sky.
With this new day i will rise from the ashes,
Of the shame and sorrow that has burdened my days
And i will feel the cool breeze of mornings caress,
And be lovingly kissed by the suns golden rays.
All of the pain and the scars ive collected
Will vanish in a moment of rapturous delight
I will forever bathe in the glory of morning,
Never again to be a victim of night

  4. back when I was broke in college, I made art for my family and friends cause I couldn't afford gifts. this is one of my favorites:

for this one I found an old led zeppelin concert ticket, blew it up on some printing paper, then antiqued the paper by pouring coffee on it and drying it in the oven. then I made a stencile from an image I found on Google, filled it in with sharpie, then stuck it in a one dollar frame from the thrift store. and just like that I gotta super rad gift for almost no cost. definitely time consuming though

In my reboot log, I've posted several sonnets and other free verse poems to help me sort through the addiction.

Here's one I wrote after a bad relapse:

Not Where I Ought To Be

Over fifty days I lingered in the true,
over fifty days I vanquished every doubt
and threw my happy cry into the blue
sky of the mind and mapped the route
of triumph to seas of great constancy
I carried in my soul. Those were days
I cherished, though I still consciously
beat back sin, and had to blow the haze
of lust away at times. Then one night
I wandered off the road and found a smile
hanging in the dark. Afraid, ready to fight,
I stood my ground; taunted. And a vile
shadow overtook the world. With utter glee,
the smile said: "You're not where you ought to be."
