First of all, thank you all to let me be part of this community.

I have started watching porn in 2005 when I was 13 years old on TV, I then been addicted to online porn videos. I think that in the 12 years , I masturbated 3 times a week ( at least) so 1900 times.

I have been able to stop masturbating for 4 weeks but not much. I met a girl through my social circle and wanted to have sex...I couldn't have an erection and the girl was really upset as myself. I am sure that erection problem is caused by hundreds of masturbation session.

For all this reason, i decided to find some help and support by creating an account on this forum.

I tried to stop watching porn and masturbate in the beginning of April but I failed on Monday and yesterday.

What iI realised is that when I was busy doing my hobbies ( martial art, Gym, Guitar) it was easier to not watch porn movie. The hardest day is Friday because I finished work early and nothing plan for when I get back home.

--> to stop watching porn when I am at home:

• I am going to start reading books or have a walk
• I am going to install a program to block porn websites

I have two main reasons to masturbate :

1. Excitement masturbation: After hours of porn videos it's just to hard to resist especially after few days of no porn videos. it's like a drug addict who stop for a month and get rail of coke ...
2. Frustration masturbation: When I am not feeling good after a hard day at work or after an argument with friends and family. The masturbation give me a good feeling and help me forgetting my frustration ... the problem is that it makes me even more frustrated an hour later

--> to stop watching porn when I am at home:

• I need to find a way to express my frustration in another way
• I need to stop watching porn videos

As you manage to stop porn videos and masturbation have you done by reducing the amount of porn videos ?

I am back,

I failed multiple time to succeed my Nofap challenge. After my trip in Marrocco in August, I masturbated and when I went back to Uk, I went to my bad habit of watching porn movies at home.

As we are in the beginning of 2018, I made a list of goals that I would like to achieve. One of them, is to nofap. I have reprogram my PMO tracker and I am ready to go!

How I am going to do it?

Well, what I noticed during my multiple attempts is that when I am busy I don't have time to stay hours and hours watching porn so I set up a long list of goals and activities to keep me busy everyday.

I sadly have to say that I failed again! I am really upset because I managed to stop watching porn during the week but I gave up on Saturday afternoon.

The week went really well, extremely busy at work and really tired when back home, so not a lot of time to spend watching porn. On Saturday morning, I did some cardio and I cleaned up my bedroom and read a book. I had nothing really plan for the afternoon which wasn't a good plan.

I thought " dude, just one soft porn...like a simple lesbian" but 1hour later was watching real hardcore porn. You all know what happened, I masturbate then release.

What really freak me out is the excitement I had when watching the first porn like it was the first one of my life, what also chocked is the time took me to have an orgasm less than 3 minutes. I start to really worried, I mean if I manage to stop masturbating for a 2 weeks then I try to have sex with a girl, am I going to have an orgasm in 5 minutes?

Anyway, let's get back to 1 but I learned something " Always be busy"!
