Have you ever really thought how many times you have tried but failed, tried again but failed again? It's been years. Every time we promise to ourselves, not this time, but still every time we have failed. I am tired of this, and I know you are too, everyone here is. The endless promises, but still we fail again and again. We gotta break the cycle and make the very last promise of not doing it anymore, no PMO again.

PROMISE TO YOURSELF, NO MORE PMO!!! THIS TIME WE WILL ACTUALLY MAKE IT, WE BREAK THE CYCLE!!! JOIN ME!!!

Day 0:
So I start: This is the day. Now I am actually gonna do it. This will not be just like every time in the past. This time I will make it. I promise. But this time, I actually promise. See you tomorrow, when it's day 1.
 
Day 2
Sorry for being inactive yesterday but I got sick and have a mental disorder in addition so I didn't have time to write anything. But we clean still. Now the urges are pretty strong but I think it will get easier if I start doing something productive that keeps me busy. Stay strong!
