The last few days i have felt a lot of urges, so i thought about how could i stop it? Well, i experiencied that urges always started by the morning. So why not to start a good morning routine? I made some simple tasks you can do to get your mind busy and healthy. Once you wake up: 1 - take a good shower. 2 - clean your room. 3 - eat fruit, and of course a good breakfast. 4 - Do exercice, it ill help you feel good. 5 - Smile! I would like to get some advices from you all so i could make this morning routine more complete,so we can help this community feel better!
