LETS WRITE 5 GOOD THINGS THAT WILL BE DONE BY US TOMORROW

    i wanna share something that i was a morning person but from 3-4 months i fucked up my routine and started studying late night due to some live classes at 11 pm but i wanted to change this habit so in every post here , i wrote that i will wake up early tomorrow and it worked .. almost 7 days, i wrote that everyday and failed to wake up early everyday but from 2 -3 days , i stared waking up early nd also i sterted completing some tasks also which were so difficultfor me to complete earlier ... and i only wrote the tasks which were difficult for me .. so one thing i learned that consistency will lead us to success in our thing .. so yeah thats what i had to say ..

    1. will wake up at 8 am
    2. will meditate and workout
    3. will go to library b/w 1 to 1:30 pm
    4. will complete my planned tasks tomorrow
    5. will go to bed by 11 pm or i will take that live organic class at that time

    • Wake up at my alarm
    • Meditate on the morning
    • Not check my messages or notifications til 9am
    • Yoga after work
    • Some for. of exercise either riding my bike or skateboarding

    3. will go to library at 9:30 am
    4. will make opns of hydrocarbon and alkyl halides tomorrow
    5. will go to bed by 11 pm

    Woke up to my 2nd alarm which I am ok with my goal is to wake up between 5-5:30 am. I did my morning meditation. I didn't realize how often I check my messages, but worked really hard to resist until 9am. Was able to skate as well, but didn't get to yoga.

    For January 19th:
    • Work on app development
    • Yoga after work
    • Vaccum living space
    • Install new HDD in my pc
    • Read 10 pages from my book

    2. will meditate
    3. will go to library at 9:30 am
    4. will use pomodoro technique tomorrow in physics
    5. will go to bed by 11 pm

    This is a good idea. Tomorrow I will:

    - Meditate
    - Read for a bit
    - Eat Healthy
    - Workout
    - Will not masturbate or watch porn!!

    For 20th January, I will:
    1. Meditate for at least a few minutes
    2. Read for 30 minutes
    3. Work out
    4. Use Pomodoro Technique for at least 2 hours
    5. Will get to bed at 12 (I've been having issues with staying up until 2 or 3, so slowly changing my sleep time and getting more sleep will be massively helpful)

    4. will complete modern phy lec nd will revise boron

    1. Write a log in my journal
    2. Will Meditate
    3. Will eat healthy and track my eating
    4. Will do a workout or go for a run
    5. Will do some more work on my online businesses

    -->Proofread my doctoral project proposal.
    -->Prepare electronic recital material for 2 hours.

    -->Do a deep stretch and full body toning exercise set.
