libido issue

    I am not feeling any libido just dead dick ,if i watched porn my erection with stimulation of porn or chat with sexy girls other wise m libido diminshed ,having no morning wood and no day time erection ,i am facing depression what happend to me ,feelings despair plz anyone help ....i am on day 8

    Hi Kheri,

    Sorry to hear it and I can understand how this can be alarming. Rest assured that these are extremely normal reactions to abstaining from pornography and masturbation. As your brain is adjusting its chemical balance, you can expect unusual behavior from your body and even mood swings. I have experienced myself swinging from absolute joy to absolute despair in very short time after a few weeks of freedom.

    What I would suggest is just having patience and not falling fully into despair and depression. Have hope that this is a normal part of your body's healing process, and be confident that with persistence you will end up on the other side the healthiest you have ever been since starting to watch porn. The worst thing you could do is give up because of this.
