Life after PMO from 2012

I am Vardhan , and i started mastrubation from the age of 18 . every week , i do minimum 3 times at starting . slowly reduced after 3 years to 2 times per week . but again increased to 3-4 times per week . I do mastrubation because , most of the time , i spend lonely . and whenever i do mastrubation , i feel relaxed . after ejaculating , immediately , i feel not to do mastrubation again in my life . but after 2 days , again same thing will happen . I am very devotinal and spirutual person , but i dont know how to come out of mastrubation . i hope Nofap community helps for this .
