    Hello,

    I'm brand new to these forums, but I've read for quite a while. I'm ready for change and to commit to this process. I've spent much money on counseling and books and software to combat this, but I've never really looked inside and said, I genuinely never want to do this again. Now I'm ready to commit and see this process through. Thanks!
