This is a post for YOU. Specifically YOU, right there. No kidding! Keep on reading my friend, because this is YOUR post.

If you're just like me, you've been fighting against PMO for almost a year or more, you usually relapse every 4 or 6 days, and your longest streak is around 17 days. "WOE!" You say, "I can do it eventually", "I'll try harder next time..."

But YOU NEVER SAY "I'll try again in X amount of time".

Because you, sir/ma'am, are a fighter. You might relapse once in a while, but you never stop fighting for a moment of your life. Not even a second.

Would you stop in the middle of a fight to procrastinate your attack? No! If you want to get knocked down, yes. But we don't ever want that! It'll just make you sore for the next fight.

You get up off that bed (Whether it's from waking into another PMOless day or rising from a relapse), being careful to avoid any Lego/ Bacon Cooking George Foreman grills/ Large Animatronic Bears that may be laying around, and you tell yourself: Today is the day I begin my successful attempt. Doesn't matter how many times you've relapsed; You ALWAYS will tell yourself you're going to beat it. Look into that morning sun like you're seeing it on day 90, or day 120, or 30 years down the road- Because you better get used to seeing it like that. It'll be an everyday occurrence once you beat it for good starting IMMEDIATELY. And you shall never lose hope, because there is always a light in the tunnel, regardless of how deep you are.

That takes care of the hardest and most important part: Never giving up. Because of that, because of the fact that you will never give up, you are a true man/woman. You have two stages to success in the no PMO battle: Waging war against PMO, and beating it. For the very fact that you are battling this, you are a hero. A self-proclaimed hero? No, NOT JUST THAT! You are an official champion, a title confirmed by all your brothers and sisters here on NoFap. You are the master of your domain, the lord of your own creation. I hate to be a Shia Labeouf, but JUST DO IT!!! TAKE CONTROL!!

Sweet! We now know that A) You're not gonna give up (Ever), B) You are a CHAMPION!, and C) Shia Labeouf has powerful facial hair (if you just did a google search).

But, "Wait!", you say, "It's Day 3... 5... 7... 60!!! And I STILL feel like nothing has improved. I'm going to eat 2.3 metric gallons of chocolate ice-cream".
Mr/Miss, remember: You're still human! By that, I mean that you need to do a few other things in order to keep your health and happiness at optimal levels. Those are 3 HUGE things, all of which I like to call ESE:

    Eat (Well)
    Sleep (Enough)
Exercise (30 minutes of aerobics/cardio in a manageable schedule)

ESE! Spanish for "That". So what else do you need to do while on nofap? ESE! That!

You ask: "Why will these things help me? WHY do I need to do those things? I NEED ANSWERS! WHYYY?"

Because Eating is what provides your body with essential nutrients and minerals, all of which are necessary for both survival and well being. They also play a big part in how you feel! Did you know a lack of vitamin b12 result in severe fatigue? Or that a lack of magnesium results in apathy, confusion, irritability, poor memory, and a reduced ability to learn? Well, it does.
I'm not saying you should beef up on supplements (Unless your doctor recommends it). I'm saying that you should add some healthier, nutrient rich food to your diet. Even if you won't stop eating junk food, and still want that 2.3 metric gallon tub of ice-cream, just add more nutrients and vitamin rich food to your diet. Eating healthy doesn't have to be bad. A whole grain tortilla with loads of lettuce, tomato, spinach, lean beef and cheese tastes AWESOME.

Next, exercise actually not only makes you more fit, but increases your D2 dopamine receptors. Don't believe me? Search it. These are your HAPPY RECEPTORS (At least one major kind of them), the same receptors that were weakened by PMO. They'll fix themselves over the course of your reboot, but exercise makes the process that much faster. It'll still take a little while, though.

Sleep? Sleep is when we all recharge. I know it isn't relevant to our context, but you will die if you don't get any sleep for weeks on end, for conceptualization. A lack of sleep makes us irritable, depressed, fatigued, and foggy.

Also, drink lots of water, and stay away from recreational drugs that can alter your lifestyle. Two other important things.

"Okay, I'm never giving up. I'm a winner, and I know it'll take time to heal. I'm healthy as a horse now, too. But I'm feeling a bit rough still!"
First of all, it takes about 2 days for reward chemical stores (Happy chemicals) in your brain to replenish. Remember that. In addition, my brethren and (Sistren? Sure), the effects of PMO are very powerful and very mysterious indeed. Let it be known that during the reboot process, you're still being repaired. You're still going to feel downs, some rejection, some wild emotions, and some Fear of Missing out. Don't worry, you're gonna be fixed soon enough. You can't cross the bridge to success all the way if it's not completed! So you WON'T lose hope and you WON'T give up, because the bridge will be completed soon enough. Maybe there's a bunch of adorable orphaned kittens on the other side. And you want those kittens. You want to adopt them SOOOO bad.
But in all seriousness, NoPMO is a fight, and a battle. You will need to reach your goal before you reap ALL the benefits. Otherwise, there would be no point to setting a goal!

SO MY FRIENDS! You've success to grasp a hold of. Love this reboot, the streak you're on. You're gonna be on this unbroken streak, starting today, for a lifetime. Get used to loving it.
