Limp dick rapid weight loss

I went from 95kg to 90kg in 3 weeks throughout still had constant high sex drive then one day the weight just dropped noticeably in the mirror and proceeded to have limp dick for the past two days , eating as I normally would again , fats carbs proteins to try and normalise my hormones , watever the cause my dick and sex drive ain't working.

Any ideas how long it should take to return, do I need to up my fats , an I expecting more if this the more weight I lose , does losing weight slowly avoid this
