I hope this is the right section for this. I've fapped once a day everyday for many years. A couple of years ago I decided to cut back just so I would have better orgasms. So now I've down to only fapping once every 4 days on average. Well last year I got extremely horny and fapped a lot over the course of a week. Much more than I usually did. Edged for a few hours everyday that week. Well after that I noticed that I had a spot that burned and was sensitive. I figured it was just a friction burn though I had never had one before. I thought it would by the next time I fapped. But it wasn't. However the sensitivity and burning wasn't bad so I just pushed through it and continued my regular fap schedule. Well after months it still hadn't gone away. Also occasionally when rubbing against my boxers the sensitive part will get irritated. Also if urine comes into contact with the spot it causes the burning to start up for a bit.

I went to a doctor and they prescribed me some anti-fungal cream to see if that was the issue. I used it for a few weeks but the pain didn't go away. Also I didn't seem to have any of the normal symptoms of a fungal infection. So I just kept dealing with it because I didn't know what else to do. It wasn't that bad so I just came to live with it. However about a month ago I got really horny again and fapped two nights in a row which I hadn't done in a very long time. This caused the burning to really flare up. This caused me to get really upset. I had dealt with it for so long and I was just tired. So I decided to just stop fapping. It will be a moth tomorrow. I've been using Aloe Vera the past few days. The sensitivity and burning is still there though it seems the burning is no longer quite as intense and the areas isn't quite a sensitive as it was but I could be wrong. Also after a couple of weeks of not fapping I noticed that the area will occasionally have an intense itch that lasts for 30 seconds to a minute. It's really infrequent though and some days it won't itch at all.

I'm really hoping this is just a friction burn that I never let heal properly and after a year is just going to take a really long time to heal. It just doesn't seem like an infection because the burning and sensitivity has remained in the same small spot for the entire year and I've had no issues with things like discharge or seeing any rashes. For now I'll just continue to abstain from fapping. Has anyone else ever had an issue like this?
