    From yesterday night, before I sleep, I made a strong decision to live my life in a full potential. And get out from this bad habit of faping.
    I have successfully completed the night without doing it.
    This is the Day 1. I can overcome this day. Even if there are some urges.

    Anyone can suggest me tips. It will help me
