    Hi guys
    I’m on day 53 out of a 180 day challenge. How do I deal with loneliness on this journey? Sometimes I find myself depressed because I’m not pursuing any girls.

    Hopefully some of your new activities involve being around other people and groups. If not, try that, take a class, join a group or club. Something you would enjoy and be around people who enjoy the same kinds of things. This will help socially and place in proximity to someone you might like to date as you near your goals.
