Long distance dating

I'm currently talking to a woman in another country and I told her about my addiction. She encourages me stop watching porn. My concern is that sometimes our conversation will become sexual and I masterbate to pictures of her. She says it's ok for me to do that . My question is will this hinder my progress and do I need to reset every time this happens ?
