Long Distance Relationship, phone sex?

Hey fellow fapstronaughts!

I'm currently in a long distance relationship(started long distance), and as a result we've been experiencing a lot of sexual tension. We've been sexting pretty regularly, but given my abstinence to P and M. I'm curious if anyone has gone through a similar experience. Were contemplating doing phone sex to try and relieve some of the tension, but myself I want to refrain from any masturbation.

I guess I'm just looking for any and all advice someone might have here, because I feel I really need to relieve this tension, but I'm a little worried about trying it out. I don't think it would cause me to spiral, but touching myself just feels wrong. I don't know how otherwise to relieve the tension though, unless her visuals are just over the top(possible based off the sexting).
