Long time PMO addict

So let me introduce myself, my name is Hoots and I am a porn/masturbation addict. It all started at a very young age, even before my testicles could produce sperm I would masturbate (without porn) to orgasm albeit with no fluid release at all. This was actually long before I even knew what masturbation was so I'd guess maybe 6/7 years old as a conservative number. I will avoid giving my self analysis of why this started so young and move on to my late teens.

At 16 I got my first PC, excited and eager to jump into the interwebs I soon became a social recluse addicted to drugs, porn and masturbation. In some sense it was a relief to know there were people like me out there and I wasn't alone in my unconventional desires but needless to say I was putting far too much time and energy into them during this period of my life.

I had little success with the opposite sex all the way through my late teens and most of my 20s which gave me lots of spare time to indulge in my addiction and indulge I did. Now 30 I am still quite introverted though my social skills have improved in some areas. I lost my virginity to my 3rd gf at the age of 29 but my desires were much less 'vanilla' than hers and as much as I tried to get on her level in that regard I soon found myself fantasizing during the act to keep myself fully aroused.

I am now single again and masturbating as much as ever, honestly I lose count how many times some days but on a good day say 4/5 times and the majority of the time I am consuming porn.

My goal is to cut down or stop my PMO habit and am here seeking support and knowledge. I also want to offer what support and knowledge I can to you guys, hopefully I will be welcome!
