    Hi!

It's realy nice to post something here. Today I start my adventure with NoFap. Generaly I'm 25 so I used pornography about 10 years. I had better times when I didn't watched it for about a month or just using it a little and in soft way, but I also had times when I used it realy too much (like 2/3 hours/day watching hard P). Since i was teenager I didnt have more than 90 day's break.

It's important for me to say, that I was addicted to drugs. When i was between 16-21, generally I used every substance that you could imagine (except H). Since this time i overcomed most of those addictions by myself. Now I ocasionally drink alcohol, but realy don't like it. In this case I thought "You throwed away hard drug addiction, so masturbation isn't realy bad" or "It's normal to M sometimes, and P helps to just get pleasure".

Now I have finished psychology and want to work with other addicted people. Also I'm in relationship and I can see that I still sometimes watch P. Those 2 cases showed me that my "harmless watching P sometimes" is a real addiction but in hidden character. I decide to make some real change in this area in my life and to overcome the P watching. I think it may be very important in my proffesion to have own experience like this.

Today is my 1st "fresh" day. I start 7 days PM challange. I feel generally good beacause I feel that I undertake good decision. Hope that, we'll help ourselves to improve our lives!
