lonliness and depressed, then relapsed

    Alas, relapsed, again. last night drunked a lot and then out of no where, an evil thought came into my mind. masturbated 5 times today after 14 days.
    Drinking is forbid if you are on a hard reboot.
    hope next time not to do such blunder.

    These things happen, alcohol most likely played a big role in this also. Alcohol removes inhibition, so it is easy to relapse while intoxicated. What were your reasons for drinking? Was it social? We have to be careful as we can look for other escapes when trying to escape PMO.

    It was a friend's initiation but nevertheless no drinking for at least 3-4 months along with other prevention techniques.
