    Hi, I am John and I am 28 years old...that thing I have noticed about porn addiction is loneliness...actually we can't say it addiction because we can live without it for years if we are busy socially...I go to porn when I feel bored and frustrated...

    John, I feel porn addiction affected me as a way of procrastination, (not get things done), and also have me reclused me socially. I am not interested of make new friends, and I have failed to keep in contact with my old friends. So yeah, It affected my initiative very bad over school interest, and initiative of social recreational.

    Hello John,
    I think many people here are suffering like you, on their weakest when they feel lonely, bored, or frustated (that is why this section is created, right?). I am one of them, and I perfecly understand of feeling helpless and trapped in that devil circle. What I want to say is do not give up, keep fighting, and everyone in this universe is supporting you, including me
